Job title - Director of Business Support Platform Development
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead the Business Support Platform team, and be accountable for the efficiency and availability of the company's business operations system. The Internal business operations systems including the contract approval and business production processes / CRM / Finance/ OA / Call Center systems etc.
Job requirements:
1. Experience from large-scale company known as Refinement of business operations, being familiar with company CRM, manufacturing, logistics, finance, OA, Call Center and other key business processes. Alternatively, the candidate has the relevant experiences in providing critical business process solutions for the above enterprise as external solution provider and consultant;
2. Rich experiences in leading business process development team;
3. Having relevant technical experience, being able to preside over the system design and implementation of the core models.

2)Based on customer insights and market demands, identify new product and product enhancement opportunities, and deliver. Particularly, tap into the rich user local spending information Dianping gets from both the web and mobile products, build up a personalization and recommendation platform to offer users more relevant local merchants, dishes, coupons, and group-buying deals.
3)Lead and build a top-notch product management team. Inspire. Coach. Develop.

1)At least 5 years of Internet Product Management Experience. At least 2 years with top Internet Companies.
