Britt Anderson, Partner, K&L Gate Britt Anderson is an intellectual property litigator in the Palo Alto office. Mr. Anderson represents clients primarily in federal courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in the fields of trademark, false advertising, copyright, rights of publicity, trade secret, domain name, licensing and related business tort and licensing matters. These cases have frequently been at the forefront of Internet-related law, including trademark and copyright infringement arising from online activities, cybersquatting and domain name issues, rights of publicity, anonymously posted content, distribution of mobile content, privacy, and online advertising. Mr. Anderson has represented clients in multiple federal district courts throughout the U.S., including all district courts in California, the Western District of Texas, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Michigan, the District of Rhode Island, the District of Massachusetts, the District of Minnesota, and the Middle District of Florida. He has also assisted numerous clients in enforcing and defending their trademark and other intellectual property rights in non-U.S. jurisdictions before trademark authorities and in foreign civil infringement and anti-counterfeiting actions. In addition, Mr. Anderson's counseling practice involves all aspects of trademark, copyright, domain name, advertising and related commercial and intellectual property matters, including developing and implementing strategies for protection of trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, and designs, and designing and negotiating intellectual property licenses, distribution and service agreements, assignments, work-for-hire, and joint development agreements. He has also assisted numerous clients in initiating or deepening global trademark protection programs in a multitude of non-U.S. jurisdictions.
Andy Tian, GM, Zynga China Andy Tian is the General Manager of Zynga China. He previously co-founded XPD Media, a leading social gaming company in China, acquired by Zynga in May 2010. Prior to XPD, Andy joined Google China in 2005 as an early member. He led Google’s mobile strategy and partnerships with China’s carriers, handset manufacturers, and mobile portals. Before Google, Andy was a founding member of Boston Consulting Group’s IT strategy practice in China, helping China’s largest companies to build scalable, extensible IT architecture. Andy began his career working with several Silicon Valley startups, and was one of the first Internet entrepreneurs in China, helping to found one of China’s first social networks centered around music in 2000. Andy received his BS/MS from MIT in Computer Science.
Ian Chin, COO, BesTV Ian Chin was recognized as the top 15 Web 2.0 leaders by China Business News in 2006, a part-time newspaper columnist, innovation theory evangelist. His fulltime job is the COO at BesTV (IPTV service provider, subsidiary of Shanghai Media Group)Prior to that, Ian was the CEO of Wealink.com, a business social network service(SNS) website in Shanghai, prior to that, he worked in a university based business incubator, awarded "Incubator Manager of the Year 2005" in Taiwan. Ian started his career In the early stage of internet industry in China (1999), the portal he led, Myrice.com was acquired by Lycos Asia in 2001. Ian was born in KL, Malaysia, educated in Taiwan, has worked in many Chinese cities (Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing), he also speaks many languages and Chinese dialects: English, Mandarin, Bahasa, Hakka, Cantonese, Hokienese, Taiwanese, Shanghainese. Ian's first master training was Culture Study and he obtained his MBA degree during working in the business incubator. He has more than ten years of working experience in media management, marketing and communication, innovation management, business startup, business incubation. He is also a tenor and an amateur play actor, he hosted a radio show for the "sleepless souls" in Taiwan when he was still a graduate student.
Shawn Shen, Developer Advocate, Google Shawn is a Developer Advocate at Google. His current focus is to cultivate killer apps and help developers build viable business on Google TV, which is an Android-based Smart TV platform. Previously he worked Geo and OpenSocial APIs at Google. Prior to Google, he worked at Yahoo, Ariba, eBay, plus a few start-ups in Silicon Valley. While he is not coding or helping developers, he enjoys music, physics, and random philosophical musing.

Herb Chi, Partner, China Rock Capital Management Herb Chi is a Managing Member of ChinaRock Capital, a China focused investment firm with offices in San Francisco, Hong Kong and Shanghai. The ChinaRock team previously invested in China for Farallon Capital before forming ChinaRock Capital. The team utilizes a multi-strategy investment approach and invests across asset classes, including public equities, fixed income and venture capital. Its past venture capital investments include Youku, E-House, Yingli, Allyes, and others. Prior to ChinaRock, Herb was a venture capitalist in Silicon Valley and, prior to that, held product management positions at communications equipment companies. Earlier in his career, he worked in management consulting at Andersen Consulting, Mars and Co., and McKinsey & Company. Herb has a BS from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Zhuohuan Li, Founder & CEO at AKA technology Ltd. Mr. Li, Started studying in Tsinghua University in 1997, Founded the famous campus community bbs.zixia.net in 1998, and became the System Operator of Tsinghua BBS during the same year. From 1999 to 2001, he acted as Network Engineer at ChinaRen.com(Later SoHu.com). Then he founded AKA Technology Co., Ltd. in 2001 and acted as the CEO since then. From 2005 to 2007, he acted as Chief Scientist of YouKu.com, responsible for Technology & Product team. He founded JiWai.de in 2007, which is the 1st MicroBlogging Service in China, and acted as the CEO of JiWai.de. Mr. Li has extensive experience in information technology and networking security, deep understanding in social networking, network operation and related domains.
