Mobile and location-based services have changed the way we work, live and even play over the last decade. Mobile devices have become personal mini-computers with solutions to manage our schedules and to guide us to where we need to be without getting lost. Location based services not only help us find the closest cafe, gas station, or shoe repair store, but also offer us targeted promotions to the nearby attractions. The latest iPhone offers a intelligent assistant which will identify the ideal restaurant or auto repair shop for each of us based on studying our behavior. The Dec 7th WCA Mobile & Location-Based event will be hosted by Nokia at their new Silicon Valley headquarters and will highlight a series of the next generation of solutions which will further change the way we drive, the way we interact with our mobile devices, the way we connect to the data network, and even more.
