Baichuan Du

Since 1994, Dr. Du has served as the Chair of China HDTV Experts Group and the Deputy Director of China Radio and TV Standardization Working Group. He also served as the Deputy Director of SARFT Science and Technology Committee. From 2000, Dr. Du has served as the President of Academy of Broadcasting Science (ABS), SARFT. From 2001 to June 2006, Dr. Du served as the Deputy CTO of SARFT.

Mr. Du is a professor at Communication University of China, and a joint professor at Tsinghua University. He also serves as Executive Committee Member of International Broadcasting Convention (IBS).

Bill Huang is the President, Institute of Research, China Mobile. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and CTO of UTStarcom, Inc.

Bill Huang has been a new technology advocator for Telecom industry with over 21 years of work experience in the development of key communication technologies. He has in-depth experience and striking thoughts in the areas of next generation mobile switching system, IP media streaming, GEPON system, Multi-service Softswitch, and Operation Support System, as well as Value Added Services.

Mr. Huang holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

Peide Lou Mr. Lou is the Director of the Standardization Technical Committee of Multimedia Communication and Broadcasting of China Association for Standardization. He is Professor of Telecom Engineering College, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication.

Mr. Lou is also the member of optical fiber communication expert group of National “317” Telecom Subject of “863”Project, Director of Wireless division of Department of Telecom Production of MEI, Director of Telecom Division of Department of Electronic Information Production Management of Ministry of Information Industry (MII). He was instrumental in the implementation of various national mobile communication industry projects, and made great efforts to the establishment and development of Chinese mobile handset industry.

Mr. Lou has previously served as General Manager of a mobile phone design technology company, mobile phone sales and manufacturing company and a mobile value-added service company respectively. He is currently board member of an IT company newly IPOed in China, and Qiaoxing Mobile Communication Company listed in USA Market respectively.
