Mr. Xiaoguang Cui is
President of Beijing Sanyou Intellectual
Property Agency Ltd., China. Mr. Cui is one of the first patent attorneys in
China, and began his career involving patent, trademark, copyright and
international trade in 1984. He has in-depth experience in both theoretical and
practical aspects of intellectual property laws. Mr. Cui is specialized in
dealing with IP litigation cases. As a renowned attorney in the field of
intellectual property laws in China, he has handled a great number of litigation
cases concerning intellectual property on behalf of well-known Chinese and
foreign enterprises. He is also proficient in licensing, assigning, arbitration,
IP right protection through administrative proceedings, non-litigation legal
affairs, contract law and corporate law.
Mr. Cui is qualified as an attorney-at-law, a
patent attorney, an intangible asset evaluator, a trademark attorney, and a
foreign trade agent.

Ms. Elizabeth Chien-Hale is
a U.S. patent attorney. Ms. Chien-Hale has substantial technical knowledge in a
variety of electrical and electromechanical arts, having drafted and prosecuted
patent applications in telecommunication, software, wireless and
Internet-enabled devices, language-based data processing, semiconductor
processing and computer-related mechanical devices. She was also involved in a
number of intellectual property litigation cases.
Ms. Chien-Hale has lectured and
written, in both English and Chinese, on the topics of international
intellectual property protection and the Chinese constitutional structure. She
is a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and
is licensed to practice in the states of California, Hawaii, and the District of
Columbia, and a British Solicitor (early 2007). She is also admitted to the Bar
of the U.S. Supreme Court. Her name has been included in the Who’s Who in
America,
Who’s Who in
American Law, and
Who’s Who in
the World.
She is the legal counselor of the
Silicon Valley-China Wireless Technology Association.
